Door leaves are made in Spruce, Oak, Pine, Ocume, Red Spruce or other wood species. Dimension according to the supplied (we make to measure) design (plus or minus 1mm), the door leaf friezes are 16cm wide around the entire perimeter of the frame. In the door leaf there are vertical reinforcements on both sides made of special hardened reinforcement against bending, the interior is filled with Pir foam without thermal bridges. Thermal transmittance at a thickness of 58mm is 0.85W/m2K. On the surface there is a waterproof plywood specially built for the outdoors with a very high quality top veneer. . EKONOMIK door leaves are suitable if the door is made smooth, or has cutouts for glass or cassettes. We also offer the option of cutouts, according to the supplied drawing, on our CNC machine.

Composition of the EKONOMIK door leaf:

• 4mm waterproof plywood on both sides,
• 12 mm waterproof OSB4 on both sides
• Pir foam

We make door leaves of standard thickness: Euro 58, Euro 68, Euro 78, Euro 88, Euro 92, Euro 102
